Cloutboard is a public creator leaderboard. No ads, no algorithm, no follower counts — a position is what has been contributed to it, and nothing else.

The boards

One profile, many boards. Every contribution counts on the boards whose window it falls in — the boards just look at different slices of time.

  • Live is the main board — who holds each position right now. A creator’s position is the running total contributed to them, their support pool. It does not expire.
  • Today, This week and This month rank by how much was contributed in that window — since midnight UTC, since Monday, or this calendar month. They are not the live board.
  • All time ranks by the most ever contributed. A history, not the live board.

How ranking works

  • Positions are priced in whole US dollars — a $1 minimum to join the board, up to $100,000, a dollar at a time. Amounts show an approximate value in your local currency, but you are charged in dollars.
  • A creator’s position is the sum of every contribution made to them. It holds until someone contributes more elsewhere, or more is added here.
  • To lift a creator above the one ahead of them, a contribution has to push their total past that creator’s total by the increment — at least $1 more.
  • Anyone can support any creator. You do not have to own the profile, and contributions from different people to the same creator add up into one pool.
  • Already on the board? Support the same creator again to raise their position — you enter the new total to reach and checkout charges only the difference. Someone else cannot take a position out from under a creator by matching it; position follows the total.
  • No two positions can share a total. The amount you enter is the standing you are aiming for, and it has to be one nobody else holds — so a spot is taken by reaching a higher, open total, not by tying one.

What a position is — and isn't

A position is bought, not earned. It is a paid placement: not an award, an endorsement, a review, or a measure of a creator’s followers, engagement, quality or popularity. Nothing here ranks creators by merit of any kind, and no such claim may be made about a position held here. Whether a position brings profile visits, clicks or new followers is up to the audience — it is not something we control or promise.

What you can list

  • A creator and their public accounts — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Twitch, Facebook or LinkedIn. One profile can bring several accounts together in one place.
  • No chat, invite, or group links — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar. The board is for creators and their profiles, not group chats.
  • No sexual, pornographic, or adult-platform content.
  • No impersonation — do not submit a profile pretending to be someone, or one you know to be false.
  • Tracking and affiliate query strings are stripped from links, and link-shortener URLs are replaced by the address they lead to.

Categories

Categories organise the board by platform, niche and region, and are assigned when a profile is added. If a creator is filed in the wrong one, DM @gopalsays108 on X to have it changed.

After you pay

  • The profile and its position are public. Clicks go to the accounts you submitted.
  • A completed contribution is what sets the position. Contributions are not refundable.
  • Paying means you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
